Santa Margherita Ligure is a picturesque and upscale port town located between Rapallo and Portofino. The Grand Hotel Miramare is built just across the street from the Golfo del Tigullio with quick access to the beach and beautiful views from the hotel rooms and public spaces. The city center is about a 10-minute walk from the front door of the hotel. Pisa International Airport is an hour and a half drive down the coast from the property.

The Grand Hotel Miramare has five floors with 84 renovated and spotlessly clean rooms. Rooms have flat-screen TVs, free snacks, and renovated white marble bathrooms. Some rooms have furnished terraces with Golfo del Tigullio views. Rooms have elegant touches including chandeliers, crown moldings, and gold headboards. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in lots of light. Some guests have complained about street level noise on lower floors. Pets are allowed.
