Although the vibe is relaxing and quiet during the day, in the evenings there’s more of a party atmosphere, with house music playing around the pool. The luxury adult-only Ushuaïa is hands down the most stylish place to be for those wanting to be right in the throes of Ibiza’s world-famous nightlife. Not only does it host the best international DJs several times a week but also has all the ingredients for a world-class party-oriented stay, including rooms with DJ turntables, blackout curtains, erotica kits, high-tech amenities, and a striking design, along with two stylish pools; a rooftop bar with some of the best views around; and seven restaurants and bars -- all of which come at some of Ibiza's highest prices. The neighboring Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza is one of the only Playa d’en Bossa hotels that can compare, but the rooms here are arguably a touch more stylish.

The adult-only Santos Ibiza Coast Suites is an upscale hotel with a hip contemporary vibe and a rock 'n' roll theme. Its beachfront setting on the edge of Playa d’en Bossa's nightlife hub is perfect for those who prefer to do their post-clubbing chill slightly away from the action. The relaxed pool area has plenty of daybeds, while poolside DJs provide background tunes. The 38 trendy suites all provide kitchenettes and lounge areas with music systems, and many feature great sea views. Slow Wi-Fi can be annoying and there's little in the way of spa or fitness facilities, though overall it's certainly one of the cooler kids on the block. Those after more lively, all-day partying will be better off at Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel, which hosts famous DJ sessions.

Located on a sandy beach in party-oriented Playa d’en Bosa, the budget (by Ibiza standards) Apartamentos Sal Rossa draws lots of vacationing young couples and groups. Optional half-board and all-inclusive plans keep it easy, while the lively summer pool scene and nightly entertainment make it fun. Travelers looking for a quieter location should check out the stylish 40-room OD Ocean Drive off the Marina. 

Hotel Club Bahamas Ibiza is a 514-room upper-middle-range property that includes all-inclusive options, a pool, a spa, a fitness center, direct access to a sandy beach, and two restaurants. It's within walking distance of Ibiza’s top clubs and draws many young couples and groups of friends. Rooms are bright and contemporary, with balconies and aquamarine accents, and come with flat-screen TVs, coffeemakers, and mini-fridges. Be aware that the music around the pool can be loud, and the proximity of the airport means planes can be heard as they take off and land.

The mid-range Ibiza Jet Apartments is a party-oriented beachfront apartment complex set in the middle of the buzzing Playa d’en Bossa nightlife hub. There are two swimming pools with regular beach parties and a poolside bar, plus the property is just a few minutes' walk from some of the area's most popular clubs. The 220 air-conditioned apartments are functional, featuring simple cooking facilities and balconies or terraces, some with pool and sea views. With nonstop partying, apartments are prone to nearly constant noise, so those seeking some relaxation should certainly look elsewhere. The Ebano Select Apartments provide quieter surrounds though still walkable from the clubbing zone.

With a nearly 24-hour beach club bar and daily pool parties in summer, Bora Bora Apartments can offer both the party scene and the place to power nap in between. But as temperatures drop, the hotel's nonstop party vibe tends to cool down a bit, too. Located off lively road in Playa d'en Bossa, this mid-range property is close to everything, including some of the area's most popular clubs. This well-worn spot has 90 refurbished apartment-style rooms with contemporary decor, air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and balconies; a sidewalk cafe out front; a bumping beach bar and restaurant out back; and central pool with hydrotherapy faucets. Following the cycle of clubbing, this property closes roughly between November and April. For an all-inclusive option with a slightly less intense party vibe, check out the beachfront Hotel Playasol the New Algarb just a few minutes down the road. 

The 245-room Sirenis Hotel Club Tres Carabelas & Spa is a popular all-inclusive right on the beach. Rooms in this upper-middle-range property are spacious and bright with balconies, and include flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, and air-conditioning, but except for the renovated Superior Rooms and Superior Junior Suites,decor is plain and dated (renovations are planned for all rooms). The property includes an outdoor pool with whirlpool and snack bar, a kids' pool, a fitness center with cardio- and weight-training equipment, a good buffet-style restaurant, and daily entertainment. But the highlight here is the spa, which includes a large, glassed-roof indoor lap pool, massage cabins, whirlpools, and salon services. The hotel is a popular pick for bachelor and bachelorette parties, which can mean noise at times. Sister property Sirenis Hotel Goleta & Spa is located next door, and while its rooms are more modern, it does not offer all-inclusive rates.
