The hotel is located on a mostly quiet street, within a five-minute walk of the town's bars, restaurants, and shops -- it is a bit farther removed from the town's activity than other hotels in the area. Es Canar and Cala Nova beach are both within walking distance of the hotel, and there’s a third, smaller, even quieter beach within a 10-minute drive along the coast. Es Canar is quieter than other parts of Ibiza, drawing mainly families and couples. The local mid-week street market is the most popular on the island, and is within walking distance of the hotel. The airport is a 35-minute drive away.

The 255 air-conditioned rooms all come with private, furnished balconies that overlook the street or pool deck. Sand-colored accent walls add some texture, but the wooden furniture is dated, and has seen better days; thin, flowered bedspreads and matching curtains add little to the ambience. TVs have satellite channels but are small and tube-style, and safes and Wi-Fi come with a fee. Bathrooms have shower/tub combos, large mirrors, hairdryers, basic toiletries, and some counter space. Rooms facing the pool get plenty of sun throughout the day, but also more noise from the pool; most street-facing units have mountain and partial ocean views.
