water fountain decorate the entrance to the 23-story Royal Sonesta Hotel.
Inside, the lobby is sleek with a modern front desk and a chic, artsy ceiling
light installation. The lounge has stylish seating areas with gold room
dividers, patterned carpeting, and velvety chairs and plush couches in purple
hues. The restaurant on-site has wooden floors, a recessed ceiling, and a small
wine cellar. Guests can also reserve a private dining experience at the Chef’s
Table with a prix fixe dinner and interaction with the chef in a country
kitchen inspired area with a wooden table under a pretty chandelier. For guests
staying in the Concierge Level floors, free breakfast and evening refreshments are
served in a private lounge with TVs and magazines.

Sonesta Hotel Houston is located along the West Loop Freeway near other hotels, restaurants, and shops.
It’s a five-minute drive to The Galleria, Texas’ largest shopping center with
over 400 stores and restaurants and two hotels. Downtown Houston is about a
15-minute drive away, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport is a little over
a half hour drive. This property offers good value for guests that don't need to be in the heart of downtown Houston. 

Rooms at the hotel are
particularly posh with stylish accent pillows, modern geometric carpeting, and classy,
black headboards. Modern chaise lounge chairs or corner

happy hour specials. A chef’s table is available with a reservation. There’s
also a coffee shop with pastries and snacks available for purchase. The hotel

rooftop pool and whirlpool open in warm weather. Free shuttle service is
available to The Galleria shopping center and other locations within a two-mile
radius. The hotel has 23 meeting and breakout rooms including a ballroom that
can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. Wi-Fi throughout is free.
