This mid-range hotel is like many others found in Fuerteventura, albeit located in a particularly quiet area. The interiors follow a traditional Canarian-style with rooms and bungalows grouped together around a central pool area. The resort has some amenities, but most of the activity revolves around the main pool. Guests don't seem to mind loud music blaring from poolside speakers, and despite this noise the area feels tranquil, as couples snooze in the sunshine. The resort mainly caters to British and French guests, with a large proportion of mature couples throughout the year, and families in summer. Communal areas are dated but clean, with corridors open to the elements, and one elevator in the main lobby. Overall, this is an affordable getaway for travelers seeking rest and relaxation. 

On the whole this hotel is relatively isolated and car rental is recommended for travelers who want to explore. Within a five-minute walk of the hotel there's a small collection of local restaurants. Some guests might prefer the livelier Caleta de Fuste; the nearby resort is a 30-minute walk, or four-minute drive and has plenty of bars and restaurants. One of this hotel’s major selling points is its location in the middle of the island, just a nine-minute drive from Fuerteventura Airport. The island's capital, Puerto del Rosario (a 13-minute drive away) has a harbor and traditional Canarian houses. The town of Corralejo is 37 minutes away by car.

Rooms here are split across two separate buildings: Standard Rooms are in the main hotel and a collection of two-story Bungalows are located nearby. Standard Rooms come with twin beds that are pushed together to make doubles, and are decorated in a traditional dated Canarian style. The combination of the tired decor and limited natural light means that some rooms feel dark and uninviting, but all appear to be clean and tidy. Good-sized balconies or terraces get sunshine throughout the day, and have views of the pool or gardens. Almost all rooms have open-plan living rooms with small kitchenettes that include a fridge-freezer, hob, sink, microwave, and kettle. Additional features include sofa beds, air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and telephones, but Wi-Fi and safes costs extra. 

The resort's 143 two-story-bungalows feature an open-plan living room, kitchen and terrace downstairs, and a bedroom with a balcony upstairs. It’s worth noting that upstairs bedrooms might not suit guests with limited mobility. The living room has a sofa bed, dining table, chairs, and a television. A small kitchenette has a fridge-freezer, hob, sink, microwave, and kettle. Bathrooms are a tight squeeze but have all necessary amenities including showers, hairdryers, fresh white towels, and hotel-branded toiletries. A beach bag, fruit bowl, bottle of wine, and water are provided as a welcome gift. 

This hotel has a reasonable variety of vacation features. The pool area has loud music playing during the day, but retains a tranquil atmosphere. A swim-up pool bar serves drinks and snacks throughout the day, and there are plenty of loungers to enjoy the sunshine. Beside the pool bar there’s an outdoor pool table, and arcade games. The separate kids' pool is also surrounded by loungers, and a kids' play area is placed nearby with a slide and swings.

A full-sized tennis court and football pitch are well-maintained and popular in the summer months. The cardio machines in the gym look a little tired, but the room serves its purpose with several stationary bikes, a range of weights, and table tennis. An indoor private whirlpool and sauna can be booked at reception, and a beauty salon offers massages -- both services are for a fee.

Food is served on an all-inclusive basis, but guests staying in bungalows have the option to choose self-catering if they wish. The main restaurant is split into two different seating areas. In the first room, ceilings are low but plenty of natural light means the room has a cozy feel. The second room is darker and more traditional, with wooden beams overhead. Food is relatively simple buffet fare, but the restaurant has two themed nights per week that present Mexican and Canarian dishes. The poolside pizzeria is not included in all-inclusive packages, but is open for dinner and pizzas can be ordered to take-away. A separate bar and cafe area has a DJ booth and karaoke equipment. Evening entertainment includes jazz music six days a week. 

The small souvenir shop sells handicrafts and simple toiletries. Guests have access to a bathroom area with several showers to fresh-up before the journey home. Free Wi-Fi is available in reception for 30 minutes per day, and available for a fee in the rest of the property. Computers are available in the lobby for guest use.
