Though the exterior appears a bit nondescript and motel-like, this low-rise turquoise building is a charming boutique property with quaint and retro style. Large windows illuminate the small lobby with natural light and a couple of black leather couches provide comfortable seating, while the adjoining breakfast area is full of round tables and colorful chairs. The hotel sits on one acre of well-landscaped grounds with palm trees and flowers and offers plenty of outdoor seating -- there's a large covered courtyard full of tables and lots of lush greenery around, including a cute installation of orchids affixed to the wall, as well as several little corners throughout with white lounge chairs or shaded tables and chairs.

Riverwalk, Las Olas Riverfront, and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts
are around 10 minutes from the hotel. Port Everglades is a 12-minute drive
