Wyndham Vacation Resorts Majestic Sun is located in a gated area with several other properties and shared facilities like tennis courts and pools. The first four floors of the lakeside tower are made up of parking facilities and a modern lobby with mint-green walls. Free coffee,
fruit-infused water, and juice are available in dispensers, while comfy armchairs and
couches offer a seating area. Guests are often invited to time-share sales pitches, which can be irritating for some. Indoor public areas are limited, but there are plenty of outdoor spaces to relax in, with five shared pools within the complex that offer spacious sundecks lined with lounge chairs. Note that the building is perpendicular to the beach so there are no gulf-front views. The property naturally draws lots of families, thanks to its multi-bedroom units with kitchens and beach proximity.

from the sandy shores of Miramar Beach. The area has a lot of condos, and the road in
front of the resort can be slow-moving during peak travel times. It’s less than a 20-minute drive to HarborWalk
Village, a waterfront shopping center with restaurants and stores, and only a five-minute
drive to Silver Sands Designer Outlet Center. Henderson State Park is a
10-minute drive, and Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is around a half-hour
drive.

The privately owned condos range from one- to four-bedroom units, the larger ones accommodating up to 10 guests. Condos are similarly decorated with beachy
pictures hanging on Tuscan orange walls. Bedrooms have carpeting and white bedding (typically with blue or red accents), while living room areas are tiled. All units have full kitchens stocked with
cookware and dining ware as well as microwaves, fridges, dishwashers, coffee/tea facilities, and toasters; some units have washers and dryers. A welcome
basket with coffee and microwave popcorn is provided. Because the building is perpendicular to the beach, no units have gulf-front views; all Deluxe units (with one, two, or four bedrooms) have balconies with partial ocean views while other units may lack balconies and overlook a lake. Bathrooms are comfortable with
shower/tub combinations, and some have whirlpool tubs.
