This 82-unit resort soars above the coastline, and offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from its multi-bedroom condos. But flaws are apparent upon closer inspection. Condos are spacious but have small bathrooms, and decor is inconsistent and dated between units. Some condos have tube TVs, old comforters, and fake plants. In addition, the outdoor tennis courts are etched with deep cracks and some guests complain about cleanliness issues. Redeeming qualities here include beach access, full kitchens, and a fitness center complete with a sauna and steam room. While condo prices might suggest luxury, these units are in need of an upgrade.
