Cliffside setting with oases of green and blue; property has retro feel
This 5-star hotel is housed in a three-floor tiered Mediterranean-style building of light yellow and white, the Belair has a cliffside location that showcases views of the Gulf of Naples from its pool deck, restaurant terrace, and many of its rooms. The outdoor pool gets a lot of direct sunlight, so it produces a sparkling blue color for a dramatic effect. The surrounding gardens provide shelter, shade, and pleasant seating. One area on the cliffside has a fresco painted on the rock.
Most of the rooms are rather simple in their decor, but the lobby and reception have an Old World feel, with chandeliers, a white piano, pale blue sofas, artwork, and antique cabinets. The Belair has an overall style that harkens back to its heyday in the 1950s and ‘60s. Some may find it evocative of La Dolce Vita-era Italy, while others may find the aesthetic a bit dated. The owners are planning updates.**The 49 rooms & suites of the Hotel Belair were renovated, all different and with a sea view, meet every need and offer the best for each Guest. They are distinguished by high-level facilities, different sizes, equipped balconies or terraces.
