Although it has an excellent restaurant and a small spa, the Radisson Collection is less charming than some of the more classically appointed luxury hotels in the area, and it lacks a pool. of George IV Bridge and the Royal Mile. The surrounding block is full of pubs,
restaurants, shops, night clubs, and monuments. Edinburgh Castle and the bus and train stations are within a five-minute
walk. The National Gallery of Scotland
is a two-minute walk down the road, and the University of Edinburgh is about a
seven-minute walk. Edinburgh Airport takes around 25 minutes to reach by
car.
