The 78-room Beso Del Sol Resort is an upper-middle-range collection of Studio, One-, and Two-bedroom suites on Florida's Gulf Coast, overlooking the St. Joseph Sound. With beautiful sunsets, two pools (one private for guests), a large tiki bar, and free boat docking, the hotel offers a friendly, laid-back place to relax. Rooms feel a little dated and overly thematic, with wicker furniture and tropical plants, but are spacious and all have kitchenettes and private balconies. Downtown Dunedin is only a mile away, and guests can hop of complimentary bikes or the periodic Jolly Trolley to make their way to the city's attractions. Expect to pay a pesky resort fee.
