Formerly part of the Best Western chain, the property has been completely renovated and features fresh and clean interiors, if bland and typically chain-like. The lobby is awash in neutral hues with beiges, creams, dusty pinks, and slate grays composing the tasteful color palette, while contemporary couches and armchairs providing seating and area rugs and green plants add a homey touch. Most of the guests staying here are families or couples visiting Denver as leisure travelers, though the downtown area is about a 20-minute drive away, so a car is recommended.

Bathrooms can be cramped, while shower/tub combos are not full size. The Jacuzzi Suite features a whirlpool bathtub in the bedroom, as well as a full-size refrigerator and a spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom. The King Business Suite has a separate living room connected to the bedroom via double doors. Some guests have complained that traffic noise can be a problem in the rooms facing the roadway.
