Bottom Line

The Lakeland Leisure Park is a budget, family caravan park with views of Morecambe Bay and easy access to walking trails. There is a private lake with water sports rentals, indoor and outdoor pools, and a restaurant and bar on-site. Kids will find plenty of things to do between the arcade room, playgrounds, sports facilities, and kids' club with nightly entertainment. Caravans are traditional, with kitchens and flat-screen TVs, though some furnishings are a bit dated. Those who prefer a more tourist-centric location should consider lodging options in Newby Bridge Or Lake Windermere.
