The property fits into the Cocoa Beach setting with its casual and surfing-inspired interior design. A surfboard hangs near the small front desk in the lobby, which offers a lounge with rattan chairs, tile floors and floral carpeting, and large conservatory-style windows that face the ample parking lot. The bright breakfast area in the lobby offers a flat-screen TV, green cushioned chairs, and tables near a buffet counter. Outside there is a charming garden courtyard with a waterfall, umbrella-shaded patio tables, and palm trees. Two gated wooden walkways -- one near the pool and the other by the parking lot -- lead to the beach that’s beside the pier, where there are often surfing contests.
