There is plenty of seating and corners to relax in in the spacious lobby, be it on a velvet green couch or at the bar. Large windows fill the space with natural light. Muted neutral shades feel sophisticated and are injected with pops of color and green plants. There is outdoor space with a large patio furnished with chic wicker seating and fire pits that makes a nice spot in which to gather. Some of the spaces here feel chainlike, particularly the restaurant, where neutral shades and dark booth seating make for a bland look. Guests are a mix of business and leisure travelers, though the hotel's location may not be the best for those wishing to explore Charlotte.
