The 85 rooms, along with much of the common areas, are decorated in an airy, contemporary style, with lots of white decor, plus some blue-fabric and nautical accents. Quality amenities include minibars, flat-screen TVs, desks, and bidets, but many guests have complained about noise issues. Aside from the unheated outdoor pool and adjacent bar, there are a restaurant serving buffet breakfast and Mediterranean dinners, free property-wide Wi-Fi, and a cozy reading room. Unfortunately, there are no fitness or spa facilities. This hotel is a seven-minute walk from the nearest beach, so travelers wanting ocean views might prefer Hotel Platjador.

From the street, the Hotel Medium might look unassuming, with its simple signage amid more colorful storefronts, but style picks up inside. The lobby is decorated in a cozy, beach style, with white-painted wood panelling on the walls, shabby-chic furniture, and elegant accents such as ornately carved wooden fireplaces and coffered ceilings. A small, homey lounge echoes this style, featuring a couple of bookcases, white couches and wicker chairs, and photos of lavender fields. upholstered in sparkling white fabric. The restaurant is decidedly more modernist, with white-leather-and-wood chairs, smart copper light fixtures, and contemporary artwork. When the weather is nice and guests aren't out exploring the city, many can be found in the tranquil courtyard, which takes up much of the block that the hotel sits on, housing a small pool, bar next to ivy-covered walls, and, most striking of all, a round, red-brick tower with ornate plasterwork and a soaring spire that looks straight out of a fairytale. Guests are primarily couples and groups of friends.

The Can Llopis Romanticism Museum is a four-minute walk away, while the Palau de Maricel is six minutes away by foot. Several museums and historic buildings are also close by. There are a number of shops, bars, and restaurants in the immediate surrounds which are home to one of the most vibrant gay scenes in this part of Spain. It is a five-minute walk to Sitges Station, which provides access to regional RENFE services, while transfers to Barcelona-El Prat take around 25 minutes by car, or 50 minutes via public transport.

Double Rooms are on the small side, but there's space for desks and closets. Superior Rooms, meanwhile, are located inside the hotel’s separate tower, have sailboat-motif chairs and wood-beam ceilings with traditional painted trim and chandeliers. Bland bathrooms come with shower/tub combos, bidets, hotel-branded toiletries, and wall-mounted hairdryers. All rooms have flat-screen TVs, minibars, and free Wi-Fi. Safes are provided but they require a hefty cash deposit. Unfortunately, some guests have complained of noise issues.
