Hotel Florida Park has bright indoor spaces and pretty outdoor spaces. The path leading up to the pool is particularly attractive, with potted topiaries, tall lampposts, and grassy lawns with trees. At the snack bar, a cute little courtyard area with tables under white umbrellas is cordoned off with brown flower boxes holding mini pine trees, shrubs, and pink flowers. The buffet restaurant has a variety of theme nights -- including Sailor Night, Medieval Night, and Polynesian Night -- when the food focuses on specific themes. A lot of care is put into the food presentation -- fruit is carved, and desserts are presented with flair. The restaurant has a porch area with rattan chairs with orange cushions, where guests can dine outdoors.
