Pros
- About a five-minute drive to airport, plus free 24-hour airport shuttle
- Contemporary rooms with flat-screen TVs, minibars, and kettles
- Buffet and a la carte restaurants, plus piano bar
- Outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees and a few loungers
- Spa offering a full range of treatments and hammam
- Free on-site parking
- Free Wi-Fi throughout
Cons
- Isolated airport location with little nearby
- Complaints of noise from adjacent rooms and overhead planes
- No fitness center
- Food quality isn't great and prices are high
- Wi-Fi signal varies
Bottom Line
The 150-room, upper-middle-range Atlas Sky is a solid choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay near the airport. A free airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes (five-minute ride), while on-site guests can make use of the outdoor pool, elegant spa facilities, or multiple restaurant and bars. Attractive and contemporary rooms have mini-fridges, flat-screen TVs, and kettles, but guests have reported noise both from planes and adjacent rooms due to thin walls. Another downside is that there's no gym on-site. The hotel shares facilities with the Hotel Relax Airport next door, so it's worth comparing rates.

Scene
Airport chain hotel with good amenities but little atmosphere
The Atlas Sky's proximity to Mohammed V International Airport makes it ideal for layover travelers. While there's little in the way of atmosphere here, decor is a notch above the average airport chain property. The polished lobby has marble columns, a tufted red velvet ottoman, and black chandeliers mixed with more toned-down brown seating. Foyers are glistening with backlit wall panels and textured ceilings have tasteful Moroccan touches. The rest of the interior spaces continue in a similar sophisticated, if a bit corporate, vein. Outside, terraces with wicker seating and glass-topped tables provide a peaceful spot overlooking the pool. There's nothing particularly striking about the hotel, but its convenient setting makes it a decent value for travelers looking for a place to simply rest their head before a flight.
Location
Isolated location, a five-minute drive from Mohammed V International Airport
If ever the clue was in the name, the Atlas Sky Airport doesn't disappoint. Though the hotel has lovely grounds with palm trees and colorful flowering plants, there's nothing around the newly built roads that separate it from the airport, just five minutes away via the regular and free shuttle. Downtown Casablanca is around a 40-minute drive and a train taking around the same time can transport guests from the airport to happening beachfront La Corniche district, where there are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. Morocco Mall is the same distance, as is the Hassan II Mosque. Morocco's political and administrative capital Rabat is a 45-minute drive.
Rooms
Generic but attractive rooms with modern interiors and flat-screen TVs
Rooms are decently sized and contemporary, though generic, with neutral-tone color schemes in the wood furniture, tile floors, and linens. Superior Rooms and Suites have attractive Moroccan detailing and more elaborate bed linens, while all have colorful photos of airplane silhouettes. Suites have separate living areas, while beds are either twin or queen-sizes. All rooms come with kettles for tea- and coffee-making (although no milk is provided), mini-fridges, flat-screen TVs, safes, and Wi-Fi. Desks and wardrobes also come standard. Views are mostly of the pool and grounds, though some overlook less-scenic empty land plots. Note that some past guests have complained of noise from both planes adjacent rooms due to thin walls. Bathrooms come equipped with walk-in showers or shower/tub combos in Suites, in addition to hairdryers, toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers.
Features
Free airport shuttle, multiple restaurants and bars, spa, and outdoor pool
Though many guests won't have the opportunity to use them, the Atlas Sky offers a solid range of amenities. Most notable, however, is the free 24-hour airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to take guests to and from the airport. As the property is connected to Hotel Relax Airport, there are multiple restaurants and bars between the two. L'Helice serves a la carte meals and a buffet breakfast of cooked and continental options, although guests haven't always been too impressed with the food. The Saint Exupery Bar offers drinks and snacks, plus piano music. All meals can be served outdoors overlooking the pool. Hotel Relax has both a buffet eatery and a la carte restaurant. Thalgo spa offers massages, a traditional hammam, sauna, and hot tub in an elegant setting, but unfortunately, there's no gym. Conference spaces are available and Wi-Fi is free throughout, though it isn't the most reliable.
