The center of the village, with more shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions like a movie theater, is a five-minute drive away or about a 10- to 15-minute walk. The area draws travelers seeking to hike, fish, mountain bike, and ski, and there are plenty of opportunities to do so nearby; both Bear Mountain Ski Resort and Snow Summit Ski Resort are within a 10-minute drive. San Bernardino is about an hour's drive away while LA can be reached in around two hours. LAX Airport is about two to two-and-a-half hours away.
