Palermo Tower by P Hotels is a sophisticated property on a lovely tree-lined street in Palermo. The lobby is grand from the get-go, with a cabriole-leg front desk flanked by two Louis XV chairs in creamy shades. To one side, two chesterfield sofas top a fashionably faded Oriental rug. Another spot for guests to mingle is the rooftop pool deck, surrounded by a slat-wood sundeck and loungers. The outdoor courtyard gives an additional chic spot to linger in the sunshine with modern patio sets, chairs, and couches in dark ebony amid lovely potted plants. There's also a simple breakfast room with suede chairs and banquette seating.

Most guests are couples attracted by the quiet and refined nature of this hotel, though long-term business travelers are also drawn by the apartment-style guest rooms and on-site laundry room. While there aren’t many common spaces and amenities are modest, the property goes the extra mile when it comes to services, such as there’s twice-daily housekeeping.

Palermo Tower by P Hotels is set in the stylish Palermo neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk to Palermo Hollywood, named for the TV and radio stations in the area. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and main attractions like the Plaza de Mayo and Casa Rosada (about 35 minutes via public transportation), but there are some places of interest nearby, like Paseo El Rosedal (a 23-minute walk away), MALBA museum (12-minute drive), Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes (13-minute drive), and La Recoleta Cemetery (20-minute drive). There’s a set of outlet shops around the corner and plenty of dining options on surrounding streets. Bus and metro stops can be reached in three minutes on foot. It’s a 45-minute drive to Ministro Pistarini International Airport, while Jorge Newberry Airport (domestic) takes only 20 minutes to reach by car. 

The hotel offers 23 clean and spacious rooms with contemporary decor that lacks color, but is pleasant nonetheless. The neutral color palette covers a spectrum of coffee and cream hues. Soft white tile floors and beige walls are paired with dark wood furnishings, while chalk-white bed linens are a contrast to the tobacco-hued tufted headboards. All rooms have seating areas with contemporary armchairs and couches, as well as sleek kitchenettes with two-burner stoves, microwaves, mini-fridges, sinks, coffeemakers, toasters, and utensils, though some guests complain that they are not stocked with enough cookware and lack dishcloths or towels. The hotel concierge can stock kitchenettes before arrival, and twice-daily housekeeping and turndown service are standard. Rooms also include flat-screen TVs, air-conditioning, safes, and free Wi-Fi, plus small trays with free bottled water and snacks are provided. Balconies offer views of the street or the courtyard, but they are unfurnished. Guests can take their breakfast here (available for an extra fee), which includes made-to-order items like omelettes and eggs, as well as some buffet items like cereal. The hotel lacks a restaurant, but rooms are equipped with kitchenettes that guests can request to be stocked, or food can be delivered to rooms from nearby restaurants. The Palermo has a modest fitness room equipped with some cardio machines, a weight machine, and free weights. An on-site coin-operated laundry room is a convenience for long-term guests. There are no business facilities or on-site parking, but free Wi-Fi is available.
