The Montserrat neighborhood in Buenos Aires is situated on the east side of Congreso, an area featuring some of the more important government buildings including City Hall, Casa Rosada, and the Ministry of Defense. Because of this, the hotel does attract a lot of business travelers. Leisure travelers may appreciate the theaters, restaurants, and bars within walking distance to the hotel in the San Telmo neighborhood, however.
