Benibeach Apartments

Beni Beach Apartments is a high-rise apartment block overlooking Benidorm's Poniente Beach. The hotel is a typical, simple seaside hotel, with no extra frills. Don't expect anything memorable in terms of decor that's mostly done with plain tiled floors, matching light wooden furniture and doors, granite countertops, and little attention to detail. The restaurant has a cafeteria feel with indoor and outdoor seating areas and an adjacent game room. The outdoor areas are more relaxing, with beautiful lush gardens and an average-size pool -- the few scattered sun loungers are located slightly away from the pool and there are no umbrellas available. Overall, it's a casual, lively, and friendly place with a great location. Families are occasionally seen here, but it's more popular with couples and groups of adults -- the hotel gets a lot of bachelor/bachelorette parties, which cause a lot of noise. 

Located directly opposite Benidorm’s Poniente Beach, Beni Beach Apartments has a great location for quick beach access (a two-minute walk) as well as a close location to Benidorm's lively nightlife. There's a nearby grocery store and handful of restaurants within a five-minute walk along the promenade, which also makes for an enjoyable walk. Elche Park is a nine-minute walk from the property. It's then a 10-minute walk into Benidorm's Old Town where there's a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and lively bars. The nearest golf course, Las Rejas, is a nine-minute drive away. The main bus station in Benidorm can be reached in about seven minutes by car, and the nearest airport -- Alicante International Airport -- is about a 45-minute drive from the property.

The 160 self-catering apartments at Beni Beach Apartments are a bit dated in design, but feature wonderful sea views. Decor is simple with tiled flooring, light wooden furniture, old-fashioned artwork on the walls, and matching floral sofas, bedspreads, and curtains. Apartments include either one, two, or three bedrooms -- sleeping between two and six people. The highlight of the apartments are the south facing glassed off furnished balconies with stunning views of the Mediterranean. All apartments include a fully-equipped kitchen (including a mini-fridge, toaster, oven and stove top, microwave, and electric kettle), lounge/dining area, flat-screen TV, safe, and cleaning products -- there is no air-conditioning available. Bathrooms are basic and include a shower/tub combo. Hairdryers and toiletries aren't provided. Wi-Fi isn't available in the apartments.

Beni Beach Apartments is mostly a self-catering apartment-style hotel, but there's a small restaurant/bar on-site serving a selection of drinks, snacks, and light meals -- including breakfast -- at reasonable prices. The lobby area has vending machines for easily accessible snacks and beverages. The average-size pool has an attached kiddy pool and is surrounded by lush gardens and lawn with a few scattered sun loungers -- though no umbrellas. There's an outdoor kids' playground and indoor game room with billiards, arcade games, table soccer, and computers. Additional features include a rooftop tennis court, on-site parking, laundry room with an ironing board and washing machines, and 24-hour reception. The free Wi-Fi is only available in the reception and bar area.
