Situated in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, this resort provides direct ski-in, ski-out access to Beaver Creek Mountain. Shops, restaurants, galleries, and ski or snowboarding rentals are also in the village. The Buckaroo Express Gondola departs from right behind the resort. The Beaver Creek Miniature Golf course is also in the village and the Beaver Creek Golf Club, Beaver Creek Tennis Center, and Vilar Performing Arts Center are all within an easy walk. Snowshoeing at the Beaver Creek Nordic Center in Avon is a five-minute drive from the hotels, while it takes 30 minutes to reach dog sledding outfitters in Cordillera. Within 20 to 30 minutes by car are the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens and Vail Farmer’s Market. Breckenridge is a one-hour drive, while it takes two hours to reach Aspen. The Eagle County Regional Airport is a 35-minute drive from the hotel, while Denver International Airport will take two-and-a-half hours to reach.

The 190 rooms at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa are modern and luxurious, with a warm and stylish lodge design, especially in suites, some of which have seating alongside charming stone fireplaces. While decor and sizes vary from category to category, all are spacious, with the Standard Rooms starting at 450 square feet (41 square meters) of space. Rooms have gray carpeting, rich dark-wood furniture, pine molding, and leather touches; some also have balconies with scenic views. Wall art is impressive for a Hyatt, with interesting abstract prints adding some depth to the subtly patterned walls. All rooms include flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, humidifiers, Keurig coffeemakers, bathrobes, hairdryers, irons, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, safes, 24-hour room service, and some have sofa beds. Slopeside Rooms provide views of the ski area, Village Rooms overlook the town, and Park Rooms face Strawberry Park. There are 23 one- or two-bedroom suites, and some have two bathrooms, dining areas, and kitchenettes that include microwaves, and mini-fridges or full refrigerators. The Rial Oxford Suite, with a terrace, is the largest room. Modern bathrooms feature marble counters and showers with wooden benches, and toiletries; some also have bathtubs.

This ski lodge offers some of the closest gondola access in the area, with on-site ski storage and a lift-side ski valet, ski rentals, and boot fittings. The heated outdoor pool and five hot tubs, including one that’s adults-only, are open year-round, and a Roman-style mineral pool and hair salon are in the 23-room Allegria Spa. There’s also a spacious modern gym with free weights, cardio machines, and a fitness studio. Fly-fishing demonstrations, movie nights, and bicycles rentals are available as well. A nice range of kid-friendly amenities -- indoor camping, a playground, a private daycare in the village, and a game room with air hockey and video games -- are available. There are fees for many of these activities, including the kids' club. This resort also offers more than 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and ballrooms. There are multiple drinking and dining choices on site, including 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill, with leather booth seating indoors and fire pits on a terrace. The Cafe and Antler Hall is in the lobby, with a fireplace lounge that overlooks Beaver Creek Mountain. Powder 8 Kitchen and Tap serves tacos, burgers, and pizza with fire pits on a terrace. S'mores kits are a big hit at this resort, and a happy hour with solid deals draws plenty of guests in during the evening. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel and there is a free shuttle throughout the town and to various lifts.
