On a street lined with trees and motorcycles parked on the sidewalks, the Hotel Sagrada Familia is in a convenient location for tourists who want to visit the famous cathedral nearby. The colorful lobby with sky-blue ceilings has a couple of helpful tools for travelers, including a luggage scale and a large map of the surrounding area on the wall near the travel brochures. There is a rooftop terrace where guests can take in the views of the several tall spires of the cathedral. Some families stay here but the clientele is mostly couples, probably in large part due to the small size of the rooms.

There are some restaurants nearby but are more of the chain variety (picture a Domino’s and KFC). The popular La Rambla pedestrian mall is less than a 20-minute commute on public transportation.
