The heavy glass entrance doors open to a marble stairwell, where there's also a small elevator, Common spaces are limited: A brick-paved terrace, complete with wicker couches and chairs and a ping-pong table, gives a spot to linger in fresh air around several potted plants. And a cozy seating area by the office gives a cheery introduction to the property, with colorful tile floors, dangling pendant lights, and a few cream-colored couches to collapse on. Given their size, the apartments are especially popular with families and groups.

The design is sophisticated, with simple, streamlined furniture, a neutral color palette of whites, browns, and beiges, and framed photographic prints decorating the walls.
