The Hotel Monaco is housed in a beautiful historic Beaux Arts building that was once the former B&O Railroad headquarters -- and there are plenty of preserved historic details that allude to this past. Among them: Tiffany stained glass windows, a dramatic marble staircase, and crystal chandeliers.
