The partially open-air lobby is a small but inviting space, set with red patent leather couches that (though a bit dated), provide pops of vibrant color to mostly cream and beige hues. There aren't many common spaces here beyond the restaurant, which is fairly average in terms of style but pleasant enough, and also features pops of red against dark brown hues. The dining space offers outdoor seating beneath a thatched roof that's breezy and relaxed. Overall, this is a decent, if a bit tired, choice for travelers seeking villa-style lodging, and is suitable for both couples and families with kids.

The hotel occupies a convenient location just off a main street, Kayu Aya, that's lined with dining options and shops. Seminyak Square is a five-minute walk away and offers even more shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk from the property, while other area beaches, like Double Six Beach and Seminyak Beach are a bit farther, within a 10- to 15-minute drive. Area attractions like the Bali Blast Monument, Waterbom Bali water park, and the Discovery Shopping Mall are about a 20-minute drive away. Ngurah Rai International Airport is a 25- to 45-minute drive, depending on traffic.

The property has one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas, all of which come with private pools and plenty of space -- one-bedroom units start at 3229-square-feet. Thatched roofs and partially open-air architecture make the spaces breezy, while the lovely outdoor areas feature pretty greenery, little lawns, and sun loungers overlooking decently-sized pools. Villas feature fairly simple decor that's pleasant and inviting, utilizing neutral hues and earthy tones enlivened by pops of wall art and fresh greenery -- but wear and tear is visible on some furnishings and some past guests have found the spaces to feel a bit tired. Air-conditioned bedrooms have canopied beds covered with mosquito nets, plus windows into the adjacent bathrooms (privacy curtains provided). Bathrooms are large and have both soaking tubs and separate showers (though fixtures could use an update), as well as large vanities with plenty of storage space. Spacious living rooms are partially open-air and situated right by the pools; both living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. These outdoor spaces also have dining areas and kitchenettes equipped with fridges, microwaves, stoves, and sinks. Note that noise from nearby restaurants and bars can be an issue in some villas, plus some past guests have cited noise problems due to renovations.

The hotel offers a handful of features that add value to a stay here. There's a restaurant that's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus it has outdoor space for alfresco dining.
