100 Sunset Boutique Hotel

The Modern 100 Sunset Boutique Hotel has an open-concept lobby with potted plants, light wood floors, and a wood wall feature. A red floral couch provides extra seating and there is free coffee, tea, and newspapers. Orange Bar and Lounge, the on-site restaurant, provides another cozy place to relax and has similar styling to the lobby with a wood feature wall and light tile floors in addition to neutral striped wallpaper and wicker chairs with orange or blue cushions. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in a lot of natural light. The exterior is bright orange with a contemporary design and is surrounded by palm trees. The minimal, pleasant style gives this property an unfussy, serene atmosphere. 

The 100 Sunset Boutique Hotel is located on a heavily trafficked road with restaurants and shops within walking distance. BIMC Hospital, Mall Bali Galeria, and Kuta Galeria are also within walking distance while Kuta Beach and the Bali Blast Monument are around a 10-minute drive away. Discovery Shopping Mall and Waterbom Park are less than 10 minutes away as well, and Ngurah Rai International Airport is 11 minutes. Legian Beach and Seminyak Beach are 13 minutes from the hotel.

Large, modern rooms have light tile floors, dark wood furniture, and colorful abstract art on the walls. Floor-to-ceiling windows brighten up the space while padded headboards against a striking, patterned wall add some comfort. Flat-screen TVs sit on top of the furniture, as do coffeemakers, and mini-fridges are hidden underneath. Air-conditioning and free bottled water are also available. Some rooms have kitchenettes with stoves, ovens, and microwaves while others have balconies with seating and pool views. Additionally, robes and slippers, separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and water coolers are available in upgraded rooms. There is some wear on the furniture though, and some rooms have loud traffic noise. Bathrooms are just as stylish as the bedrooms with light tile in the shower/tub combos and dark tile on the floors, and there are modern sinks underneath lighted mirrors. Some rooms only have showers, but all have 100 Sunset toiletries. 

The 100 Sunset Boutique Hotel has a secluded outdoor pool surrounded by plants and trees with a wood deck that is on the small side, and lacks sufficient seating. Breakfast, which is included with some packages, features pastries, fruit, cereal, omelets, bacon, and pancakes, and receives good reviews. It’s served at the Orange Bar and Lounge, which also serves steaks and wine in the evenings. A spa on-site has a steam shower along with massages. Wi-Fi is free throughout and there is a business center with faxing and photocopying services. Car and motorbike rental are available on-site, as is a free scheduled area shuttle, and there is a 24-hour on-call doctor and room service. There is no fitness center, though, and the parking lot has limited spaces.
