The Water Club Hotel

The group that opened the Borgata in 2003 opened The Water Club in 2008. While attached to the casino, this hotel has a distinctly modern feel that is more exclusive than the Borgata. Higher-end business and leisure clientele are attracted to The Water Club for its superb meeting rooms, designer shops, and two-floor spa. Pools offer a serene adults-only atmosphere and the all-season Sunroom Lounge is a relaxed place for coffee, tapas, or cocktails. Guests looking for nightlife and entertainment can cross through the lobby into the Borgata casino for gambling, celebrity chef restaurants, a theater venue, and nightlife.

Located two miles from the Atlantic City Boardwalk, The Water Club is attached to the Borgata on Renaissance Pointe. Part of the appeal of these hotels is distance from the boardwalk crowds. The Water Club has 800 contemporary rooms spread over 43 stories. Decorated in neutral colors with modern furnishings, rooms have excellent views thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. While similar in taste to the Borgata, rooms at The Water Club are more up to date. All room types have iPod docks, flat-screen TVs, bathrobes, and wet bars. The Water Club is a tranquil, sophisticated hotel option in Atlantic City. The Water Club has a special room service menu created by Chef Geoffrey Zakarian of The Lambs Club in Manhattan. In addition, the main floor of the hotel is home to the Sunroom Lounge. This sunny space is open for coffee, light meals, tapas, and cocktails. While the space is enclosed, the glass walls, lush plants, and candles give it an outdoor feel that can be enjoyed during all seasons.
