The Hotel Mati is a classically styled property with warm, homey interiors, including a low-ceilinged lobby with rust-colored leather sofas and marble floors. There’s
not much of a beach, but a set of stairs leads down to a
rocky, natural shore where there are a few thatch umbrellas. The pretty pool area has a tile deck, white
lounge chairs, and white umbrellas -- it looks out on the sea. Simple fabric directors chairs and wooden tables provide a spot
for guests to eat their breakfast outdoors or drink a cocktail in warmer months and an indoor cafe with sea views and rattan chairs is available in colder weather. The hotel attracts more tourists than business travelers and can get busy during the summer months.

25-minute drive, and the Acropolis can be reached in less than a 45-minute

dated including tube-style TVs and brass-framed pictures on the walls. White headboards with rivet accents look fresh. Bathrooms in some
rooms have small walk-in showers with handheld showerheads while others have shower/tub
combinations. All rooms have mini-fridges, free Wi-Fi, and furnished balconies with
sea views, though some views are more impressive than others.
