New Heights: Luxury Hotel Brand Four Seasons is Making for the Skies
As hotel experts, we here at Oyster keep our pulse on all the latest (and greatest) hotel-related news. When the first-ever Nobu Hotel opened in Vegas last year? We were there. When Kim Kardashian's second marriage crumbled within the walls of the Gansevoort Park Avenue? We cried -- tears of joy, laughter, or despair? We'll never tell…
This time around, we've got breaking news on the latest venture of the Four Seasons hotel brand. While the luxury brand has hotels housed in everything from historic buildings to sweeping skyscrapers, it's literally making for the skies with it's recent purchase of a Boeing 757. Beginning in February 2015, Four Seasons fans can take their lavish ways to new heights by booking a signature Four Seasons global tour. Outfitted with flatbed seats, in-flight Wi-Fi, and upscale decor made to resemble a luxury hotel, the Boeing 757 will take guests on over-the-top vacations, visiting numerous destinations where guests will have several days to explore the sights and rest their heads in Four Seasons properties around the world.
The first tour, in fact, is named "Around the World." Starting in Los Angeles and ending in London, it will take guests to nine destinations over 24 days. Oh, and it will cost just a measly $119,000 per person. (Thankfully, this covers all airfare, accommodations, and meals, as well as some day trips and cultural activities). A shorter, European tour -- with stops in spots such as Paris and Lisbon -- is also already scheduled. [Four Seasons]
