London Fashion Week: Where to See and Be Seen

New York Fashion Week may have come have to a close, but don't fret -- London Fashion Week has just arrived. And with hot U.K. labels like Stella McCartney, Temperley London, and Burberry Prorsum, we know that the catwalk will be just as innovative across the pond as it was here in New York. Plus, tons of celebs, models, and designers will be out and about in their finest fashions. (Duh.) They'll be hitting up the hottest restaurants, bars, and clubs in the city -- so get ahead of the curve and check out the see-and-be-seen spots in London for the fashion elite.

  • Langham Hotel London

  • THE HOT SPOT: Afternoon Tea

WHY IT'S HOT: One thing London has that New York doesn't? Afternoon tea. The Langham Hotel, a five-pearl spot that oozes exclusivity, has a great West End location in Marylebone that's within walking distance of numerous designer shops (should you have forgotten that must-wear LBD). And the Langham’s Palm Court is noted as the birthplace of the afternoon tea tradition, dating back to the hotel's opening in 1865. Fashionistas can enjoy sipping on tea selected by their sommelier and nibble on dainty finger foods before heading off to the next show. And bonus? Bradley Cooper has been spotted here quite often recently as he's been filming in the area.

  • ME London

  • THE HOT SPOT: Happy Hour

WHY IT'S HOT: The 157-room ME London is a design hotel in a prime location right on The Strand. From the dark lobby to the chic, minimal rooms there is an artistic and exclusive atmosphere to the hotel. On-site restaurants, lounges, and bars -- including a trendy rooftop bar that's great for happy hour -- are destinations in their own right, attracting locals, visitors, and celebs (such as Rita Ora, Eva Longoria, and resident Brit Ellie Goulding). And bonus? It's NEW on Oyster!

  • South Place Hotel

  • THE HOT SPOT: Dinner

WHY IT'S HOT: This hip boutique hotel owned by the high-profile D+D restaurant group exudes stylish luxury, with impeccable design elements and dark, sexy public spaces. The boutique's interiors, which were designed by the prestigious Conran + Partners, offer unique touches such as edgy artwork created specifically for the hotel. Angler Restaurant is the hotel’s prized Michelin-star restaurant that serves locally-sourced seafood to a see-and-be-seen crowd. And bonus? It's NEW on Oyster!

  • Baglioni Hotel London

  • THE HOT SPOT: The Late-Night Party

WHY IT'S HOT: In the upscale neighborhood of Kensington, Baglioni Hotel overlooks Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Though it's a bit past its glory days, the hotel's bar and club Boutique 60 is a popular late-night spot for sophisticated types -- right up Fashion Weekers' allies. (Literally, the party does not stop.) With a chill, lounge vibe, the bar has attracted the likes of Christina Aguilera and Will Smith. And bonus? It's open all night long.
