Here’s the proof: The average cost of a night’s stay in a Nashville hotel room increased by 15 percent between 2013 and 2014. That’s well above the national average increase in hotel rates for that year, and yet it seems this expensive trend in Music City isn’t stopping anytime soon.


    But fortunately, that doesn’t mean you need to shelve your plans to head to the land of hot country and hot chicken, because there are some hotels where you can find a solid bang-for-your buck. Here are nine budget-friendly Nashville hotels with price tags of just about $100/night.

    • The Preston is a well-maintained, affordable boutique hotel with trendy charm. The three-and-a-half pearl property is perfect for the business traveler who wants to be minutes from the Nashville Airport or I-40 and use the large event rooms.   • 2. BEST WESTERN Plus Belle Meade Inn & Suites

    • The Best Western Plus Belle Meade Inn & Suites is a well-maintained, mid-range hotel off Interstate 40 with average nightly rates just about $100. Its 57 traditionally styled rooms were renovated in 2014, and include suites with sitting areas, and granite and marble touches in the bathrooms, some of which have whirlpool tubs.
