Location
On a quiet street a few blocks from the hustle and bustle, and close to the subway
The Mirror Hotel is located on a fairly quiet street in the Eixample neighborhood, within walking distance to major attractions along Passeig de Gracia. For other tourist sites, the subway and the train are less than a 10-minute walk away.Eixample is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Barcelona and certainly the most affluent in the downtown area, with some of the most stunning architecture you’ll find in the city center. It is characterized by its unique grid system, tree-lined streets, and Modernist architecture. La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, and even the jaw-dropping Sagrada Familia cathedral are all located here.Passeig de Gracia is its main thoroughfare, with 19th century architecture, upscale boutiques, and wonderful restaurants. The side streets are equally splendid, but somewhat quieter. The area exudes history and elegance -- but you might find the long lines in front of the tourist attractions a bit annoying, and prices are definitely higher than in the rest of the city.- 20-minute drive to El Prat International Airport
